This rub is at its absolute BEST when used on pork ribs to create a sweet heat, but don’t leave out those tender beef ribs as well.  Our favorites are baby backs and we remove the silver skin from the ribs to allow the rub to penetrate the meat.  You can expect to cover 6 slabs of ribs with this bottle.
