Wicker’s Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Tablespoon Corn Starch

1 Tablespoon Water

1/3 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Cup Black Label or Whiskey Wagyu

1/2 Cup Wicker’s Original

1 Clove Minced Garlic

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

12 Chicken Thighs

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a small saucepan over low heat. After 5 minutes, increase heat to medium, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.

3. Place chicken in a baking dish. Brush sauce made in step one on both sides of the chicken.

4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turn chicken and bake for another 30 minutes. Baste with sauce made in step one every 10-15 minutes.

5. Let cool and serve. Best served with vegetables stir fried in the same teriyaki sauce.
