Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are to experience a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your orders, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will be asked to choose a shipping method and service at checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Return Policy

If purchased product is received in an unsatisfactory manner, damaged, or leaking, please contact customer service at 1-800-847-0032 or at info@wickersfoods.com with your order number and a picture of the damage. A replacement item will be shipped to you.

Returns on food items are not allowed due to the nature of the product. Customers will be billed with shipping charges by the carrier for any unauthorized returns.
