I discovered Wickers 50 years ago when I lived in Memphis and have had it shipped to me for my 40 years in California, long before the Internet. My technique is to slosh the chicken breasts or pork tenderloin in the sauce every couple of minutes so the vinegar cooks off leaving the spices. Even my California wife loves it.
